There are many unseen events going on during the work week. For a majority of people in the city, the night is the end of their day, but for the minority of people it marks the beginning. It can be a brief adventure or the typical routine.
I decided to explore downtown Jacksonville on a Tuesday evening because of the calming effect it exudes. The traffic is low for people and vehicles. It has a cooler temperature from the typical hot Florida afternoon.
Enjoy the details from my perspective.
